Jyoti Aggarwala

Jyoti is a New York-based, senior private markets business development professional with 30+ years of experience across asset classes and geographies in the financial services industry. She is a registered representative with Profor Securities, LLC and works with GPs to access capital from institutional and family office investors.
As Principal of Private Capital Raise, Jyoti serves as an outsourced ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) integration facilitator to asset managers seeking to include sustainability factors in their investment process. She earned the CFA ESG Investing Certification in February 2022. Jyoti has also served as senior ESG consultant to UN Women (Sept ’21 - April ’23) where she helped forge the private sector partnerships to produce a report on the state of Gender Lens Investing. She is a W!SE certified personal finance educator, and a council member of an expert network providing phone consultations and educational webcasts on various aspects of private equity. Ms. Agostino holds a B.A. from the University of Chicago in Economics.

Vikram Agrawal

Vikram Agrawal is a mission-driven, operationally-focused investment and management professional who believes that everyone deserves an opportunity to be successful, however they define success. Karishma Ahuja
ESG Manager, Madison Dearborn Partners
Karishma is MDP’s ESG Manager, leading the firm’s sustainability work across the portfolio. Prior to joining MDP, Karishma helped to build Carlyle’s Sustainability practice which managed the firm’s investment diligence and portfolio company engagement work on material ESG issues. Before that, Karishma was a member of the ESG and impact investing business within Goldman Sachs’ Investment Management Division.
Karishma received a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan.

Matthew Alcock
Associate, ESG, Coller Capital
Matthew Alcock joined Coller Capital in 2023 as an Associate, ESG in the Investment Team. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew worked at Deloitte UK as an Assistant Manager specialising in private equity and ESG audits.
Matthew has an undergraduate degree in Business Science specialising in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and completed a post graduate diploma in Accounting from University of Cape Town.
Matthew is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Sam Alden
Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, Sense
Sam Alden is the Head of FP&A at Sense, a company leveraging data at the edge of the grid to help reduce global carbon emissions. In his role, Sam oversees all financial planning, financial and ESG reporting, and serves as a liaison to investors.
Prior to joining Sense, Sam led the FP&A team at a fintech company called OpenExchange and served as Director of Operations for a non-profit organization. Sam received his MBA from the University of Vermont’s Sustainable Innovation program.

Janay Anderson
Vice President, Operational Due Diligence, Aksia
Janay is Vice President at Aksia as part of the operational due diligence team and has 7 years of industry experience. Her responsibilities include conducting operational due diligence on alternative investments in addition to performing ad-hoc operational due diligence requests across Aksia’s global offices. Janay also oversees responsible investment reviews of alternative investments managers Aksia diligences globally on behalf of institutional investors. Janay graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in French with a specialization in Pre-medicine.

Ayub Ansari
Principal Consultant, Anthesis
Specializing in engineering, impact funds, and sustainable investment management. With 10 years of environmental sector experience, he provides strategic guidance tailored to the goals of impact funds and sustainability-focused investors. He combines engineering and sustainability expertise to conduct carbon accounting, evaluate environmental market mechanisms, structure climate finance solutions, and lead clients implement decarbonization strategies while integrating ESG practice.

Sharo Atmeh
COO, Montauk Climate
Sharo is Chief Operating Officer at Montauk Climate. Prior to Montauk, Sharo spent a decade building out a ClimateTech investing platform at one of the world’s largest hedge funds. He was a Portfolio Manager and among the initial and largest investors in a number of growth-stage public companies spanning all clean-tech verticals including solar, hydrogen, wind, energy storage, and utilities. In addition, he ran ESG integration and engagement programs. Sharo was also a Principal at activism-defense and ESG advisory firm CamberView Partners where he established its east-coast presence and grew it to over 50 employees until it was sold to PJT Partners. In that role he counseled Fortune 50 company boards and CEOs on building their initial approach to sustainability programs. In addition, Sharo practiced law in the Corporate and Mergers practices of Simpson, Thacher and Bartlett. Sharo graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Political Science, Journalism and Philosophy, an M.P.P. from the Harvard Kennedy School., and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Christina Anzel
Director, Generation Investment Management
Christina Anzel joined Generation Investment Management in 2023 and is a member of the Client Team. Previously, Christina was a Director of Investor Relations & ESG at True Green Capital Management; a Managing Director, Head of Investor Relations and Product Head at Ares Management; and a Vice President of Investor Relations and Marketing at Energy Investors Funds.

Nicole Balarezo Urteaga
Associate – ESG & Sustainability Advisory, Holtara
Nicole is part of Holtara's Sustainability Advisory team, specializing in regulatory advisory across sustainability reporting standards. She supports clients with SFDR reporting commitments, the calculation of Principal Adverse Impact (PAI) indicators, and EU Taxonomy alignment analysis. Additionally, she provides technical guidance on climate-related disclosures, including Financed Emissions and Avoided Emissions calculations.
Prior to joining Holtara, Nicole worked on over 40 consulting projects, advising clients on climate finance, regulation, public policy, and competition analysis in Latin America. She was also part of the credit risk analysis team at a pension fund and at one of the world's top credit rating agencies. She holds a BA in Economics from Universidad de Piura and an MA in Public Administration from Columbia University.

Eric Bloom
COO & Head of Client Solutions, Re:Co
As COO and Head of Client Solutions, Eric oversees product and service delivery and spearheads Re:Co’s thought leadership efforts, such as the Future in Sight newsletter. Eric works with clients on all aspects of their ESG strategy, bringing deep knowledge of carbon management, renewable energy markets, and business best practices to the table to help them identify improvement measures with a high return on investment and chart long-term pathways toward decarbonization.
Before joining Re:Co, Eric worked in several capacities as a strategy consultant on clean energy technologies. He led strategy for Ameresco, a major energy efficiency and renewable energy developer in North America and Europe and served as a principal research consultant with Navigant’s (now Guidehouse) energy practice. He received a BA in Architecture at Yale University.

Christina Bortz
Deputy General Counsel, ESG, TPG Angelo Gordon
Christina Bortz serves as Deputy General Counsel, ESG at TPG and heads TPG’s ESG Legal function. She has experience advising asset managers on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and compliance issues relating to the application of the ’33 and ’34 Acts, the 1940 Act, and SEC and FINRA rules, and state-level ESG regulations. She works closely with Y Analytics, TPG’s purpose-built capability that supports TPG, its funds, and its portfolio companies by assessing and advising on ESG regulatory matters, ESG risk management, and value creation through ESG performance during the investment lifecycle. Prior to joining TPG, she was a Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management. She started her legal career at Ropes & Gray LLP in the Investment Management group and she also practiced at Alston & Bird LLP in the Securities Litigation group. Ms. Bortz earned her JD with honors from the George Washington University Law School in 2015 and her BA from Princeton University in 2010, where she was a Captain on the Field Hockey Team, won four Ivy League Titles, and competed in the Final Four.

Karin Bouwmeester
ESG Lead Private Equity, PGGM Investments
Karin Bouwmeester works as ESG specialist in the private equity team of the Dutch pension fund investor PGGM Investments. She has over 15 years experience in the financial sector. At development financial institutions FMO and Proparco she worked as investment manager infra/energy. Here, ESG was an integral part of her day-to-day work with focus on SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities) and SDG 13 (Climate Action). At the private banking division of ABN AMRO she had the opportunity to specialize in ESG, broaden the scope of investable SDG’s and explore other asset classes, most importantly listed equities and corporate & sovereign bonds.

Carrie Braddock
Managing Director, Head of ESG and Impact, Silver Lake
Carrie Braddock joined Silver Lake in 2020 as a Managing Director and Head of ESG & Impact. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she was a Senior Managing Director at Centerbridge Partners, where she was responsible for launching the Centerbridge Foundation, developing an ESG strategy, and integrating Inclusion and Diversity initiatives across the firm. She began her career in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs as well as in strategic planning at the Walt Disney Company. Carrie now serves on the Board of Directors of New Visions for Public Schools. She is also on the founding Advisory Board of Mount Sinai’s Parenting Center, and in 2019 received the Social Enterprise Leadership Award from the Tamer Center at Columbia Business School. Carrie graduated with a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Chris Brannan
Assistant General Counsel & ESG Officer, Pritzker Private Capital
Chris Brannan serves as both the Assistant General Counsel and the Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Officer for Pritzker Private Capital. As Assistant General Counsel, Chris works with PPC and the PPC Companies on regulatory compliance, transaction execution, and various other legal matters. As ESG Officer, Chris manages PPC’s communications and tracking programs related to ESG and works with the Firm and the PPC Companies to further ESG efforts and initiatives. Chris joined PPC in 2017 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to PPC, Chris was an attorney in the M&A practices at Winston & Strawn LLP and O’Melveny & Myers LLP. Prior to law school, Chris was a Tax/Assurance Associate at PwC, where he received his CPA license. Chris received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Bucknell University where he was a member of the baseball team.

Andrew Brenner
Director of Investment Management Integration, IFRS Foundation
Andrew Brenner is the Director of Investment Management Integration at the IFRS Foundation, where he helps investors and investor-adjacent service providers integrate the SASB Standards into their products and processes. SASB Standards enable organizations to provide industry-based sustainability disclosures about risks and opportunities that affect enterprise value, identifying the subset of environmental, social and governance issues most relevant to financial performance and enterprise value for 77 industries.
Prior to joining IFRS Foundation, he spent nearly 20 years in a variety of roles across the financial services industry, most recently at Refinitiv, where he worked in several global Director level roles across product and relationship management. He began his career in financial advisory roles at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan before working in investment advisory roles at Maxim Group. With a lifelong passion for conservation and the environment, Andrew holds a Masters degree in Sustainability Leadership from Virginia Tech, and a BA from the University at Albany. In his free time, he is an avid scuba diver, a terrible golfer, and live music junkie.

Winna Brown
Partner, Private Equity, EY
Winna is focused on ensuring consistent global delivery of EY services to PE portfolio companies aligned with the investment, value creation and ESG strategies of these businesses. She works directly with Operating Partners as well as investee management teams to ensure quality and responsiveness of EY services, bringing the best-in-class EY skills, solutions and portfolio insights.
Winna has over 25 years of experience working with both global and fast-growing companies, leading large assignments including M&A transactions, integration, finance modernization and process improvement projects, IPOs, cross-border filings & transactions, audit engagements and IFRS-US GAAP conversions. Winna has served clients in a variety of sectors including private equity, technology, life sciences, healthcare, retail, education, and manufacturing and distribution.

Natasha Buckley

Natasha Buckley joined HarbourVest in 2019 and is responsible for sustaining the Firm’s ESG strategy and partnering with our general partners, limited partners, and the Firm’s employees to embrace sustainable investing.
Natasha joined HarbourVest from Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), where she was responsible for their work in the private equity sector, developing tools and resources for PRI signatories to integrate ESG considerations into their investment processes.
Whilst at HarbourVest, Natasha served as Chair of the Initiative Climat International 2022-2024 and was featured on the PEI’s 2024 list of 50 influencers in sustainable private markets.
Natasha received a BA in History from University College London, an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and has completed the University of Oxford Private Equity Programme at the Saïd Business School.

Yovanka Bylander
Chief Commercial Officer, Holtara
Yovanka joined Holtara in May 2024, having previously served as Head of Sustainability at TimesSquare Capital. Her 25-year career in financial services spans buy and sell side roles in credit and equity analysis, as well executive leadership positions within the ESG data provider space. She is a graduate of Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and has held roles at Morgan Stanley and ISS, Inc. Charles Buck

Genie Cesar-Fabian joined ILPA in January 2024 as its first General Counsel. Her role expanded to include Chief Operating Officer in January 2025. Prior to joining ILPA, Genie practiced law as both outside and in-house counsel in the financial services industry for over 20 years, beginning as a securities/financial services litigator at AmLaw 100 firms. She later joined a middle market private equity firm as its first General Counsel/CCO, successfully building its legal and compliance department from the ground up. Having achieved partnership and been designated Head of ESG & Sustainability, Genie transitioned out of sponsor-side private equity and joined a tech-enabled asset manager as its first General Counsel, where she helped the leadership team lay the foundation for a legal department designed to scale. She then returned to private equity, heading to the LP side of the industry at ILPA.
In addition to her legal and financial services work, she has also served as a subject matter author for Thomson Reuters on topics relating to ESG and as a Strategic Advisor to BlueFlame AI. Emily Chien is a Fellow at Harvard University specializing at the intersection of AI innovation, sustainability and purposeful impact. She has guest lectured at Harvard Law School on AI Governance and was an AI/ML Fellow with the World Economic Forum. Her publications and research span climate finance and alliances, financial innovation, Gen AI and its impact on business, industry models and governance. Prior to Harvard, as a leader in IBM’s AI and sustainability practices, she led partnerships with PE and tech entrepreneurs, spearheaded novel AI systems and advised clients in sustainability risk, ESG reporting, and AI value creation.
Previously, Emily was a strategic and operating executive with Fidelity Investments, JPMorgan, Prudential Financial and American Express. She serves on the London-based IFRS Advisory Council, is a member of the Economic Club of New York, is founding co-chair of the100 Women in Finance ESG Peer Advisory Group and senior editor with the Harvard ALI Social Impact Review.

Jeannie Cho

Jeannie Cho (New York) joined KKR in 2019 and is a member of the Sustainable Investing team. Ms. Cho helps implement the firm’s environmental, social, and governance work across its investment portfolio, including supporting diligence and portfolio management, particularly for KKR’s credit portfolios, engagement with KKR portfolio companies, and investor engagement and communications. Andrea Croslyn

Deike Diers leads our EMEA Sustainability efforts for private equity and financial investors. Over the course of more than 12 years in consulting, Deike has gained broad experience working with financial investors on due diligence work, value creation plans, and fund strategies.
Specifically, Deike supports financial investors in integrating responsible investment practices into their investment value chains from climate strategy definition, operationalizing net zero commitments, to Sustainability value driver identification in due diligence and value creation planning, as well as preparing for a successful exit. She is co-leading Bain’s support to the SMI and iCI initiative on the private equity decarbonization roadmap (PMDR).

Michael Eisenberg co-leads ERM’s global private markets ESG & impact value creation team. Letitia is a managing director in the Sustainable Investment Group and chief sustainability officer for the Asset Management Private Markets Division. She serves on the Asset Management Division Sustainability Council. Letitia joined Goldman Sachs as a managing director in 2020. Letitia started and leads the Sustainability platform for the Private Markets division which oversees over $450 billion in AUM. She leads the strategy and impact efforts, supports sourcing, portfolio engagement and sits on the Investment Committee for the Horizon Environment and Climate Fund, a private equity fund dedicated to investing in environmental and climate solutions to support the transition to a more sustainable economy and planet.

Ryan is a Sustainable Investing Research Analyst at Fiduciary Trust International (FTI), the $40 billion wealth management subsidiary of Franklin Templeton. He helps lead due diligence on prospective investments and works alongside portfolio managers to construct impact/sustainable portfolios. Ryan also researches thematic investment opportunities and contributes to the firm’s shareholder engagement efforts. He completed the CFA Institute’s Certificate in ESG Investing and is a CFA Level III candidate.
Ryan previously worked on a multibillion-dollar investment team at Goldman Sachs and First Republic that catered to institutional-sized clients, including those focused on sustainable investing. Nicolas Monnier

Former field hockey Elite athlete (96 caps for French team, Beijing 2008 Olympic qualifier), Nicolas started his career in the investment space working for a private equity firm focusing on both growth capital and LBO transactions. Ben Morley

Sanaz Raczynski is a Managing Director and Head of Sustainability at Kohlberg. Sanaz is an active participant on Kohlberg’s investment team, reporting to the Chief Investment Officer.
