Ian Anderson

Managing Director, KKR

Ian Anderson (London) joined KKR in 2014 and is a Managing Director in the Credit business. He serves as a portfolio manager for the firm’s private credit funds and portfolios and as a member of the European Private Credit Investment Committee. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Anderson was a vice president at Lazard in the corporate finance department, advising a diverse range of European and global corporate clients on M&A transactions and restructurings. Previously, Mr. Anderson worked at Key Capital, an Irish boutique capital markets and asset management firm. Mr. Anderson holds a first class degree in Engineering from Dublin University, Trinity College and is a CFA Charterholder.

Joaquin Ardit

Senior Portfolio Manager, Allianz Global Investors

Joaquin is Senior Portfolio Manager in the Global Private Debt unit of Allianz Global Investors. He joined Allianz in 2012 as a fixed income investment manager for the Life and Health insurance companies of Allianz Germany. Previously, Joaquin worked as a fixed income derivatives structurer for JPMorgan in London . Joaquin holds a Master’s degrees in industrial engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, a Master in Finance from Imperial College London and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Olga Braun-Cangl

Senior Investment Director, Cambridge Associates

Olga is a senior Investment Director at Cambridge Associates and is, based in Munich. Olga joined Cambridge Associates in 2022 and focuses on the building and management for Private Markets portfolios for institutional clients across Europe.

Before joining Cambridge Associates, Olga spent 14 years with AllianzGI, where she contributed to shaping AllianGI Private Markets capabilities from different investment and advisory roles in the Munich and New York offices. She managed and advised institutional clients in the building of customized Private Markets Portfolios for European institutional clients. She served as a member of the investment committee and lead sourcing activities for Private Credit, including co-investments and secondaries, Private Equity, and Infrastructure. She also supported executive management, advising on potential strategic acquisition targets and M&A opportunities. Prior to that, Olga began her career in 2002 as a portfolio manager and hedge fund analyst at Berenberg Bank and UniCredit.

Dr. Philipp Bunnenberg

Dr. Philipp Bunnenberg is Head of Alternative Markets at Bundesverband Alternative Investments e.V. (BAI) and responsible for the association's activities in the areas of Private Markets & Liquid Alternatives, Research & Science and Public Relations. After studying economics and business administration at the Universities of Potsdam, Münster and Vigo (Spain), he initially worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Finance and Banking at the University of Potsdam. During this time, he completed his dissertation on Closet Indexing and risks in the ETF market.

Christophe Carrasco

Head of Private Debt, BNP Paribas Asset Management

Christophe has been Head of Private Debt at BNPP AM since joining the company in May 2017. He has over 23 years of experience in private debt financing (junior, senior and unitranche) and restructuring through equity turnaround and debt restructuring.

Before joining BNPP AM, he launched and headed the Senior Debt activity for Céréa Partenaire in 2013, specializing in senior debt and unitranche loans.
Prior to that, he spent more than 12 years at Ardian (formerly AXA Private Equity), heading the North American mezzanine activity and being a founding member of the European mezzanine franchise.

Christophe has a master’s degree in banking, finance & insurance from EM Lyon Business School, a master’s degree in financial engineering from Université Paris Nanterre and a degree in finance from Université de Cergy–Pontoise.

Trevor Clark

Prior to forming Madison Capital, Trevor held various positions in loan underwriting and origination at Antares Capital, GE Capital, and Bank of America. Andrew Cleland-Bogle

Partner, Head of Direct Lending, Bridgepoint

Andrew is a Partner within Bridgepoint Credit and joined the Firm in 2020 from EQT Credit. Prior to joining EQT in 2014, he worked for DC Advisory in their European Restructuring and Debt Advisory Group, during which he spent three years based in Frankfurt office, where he advised a large number of stakeholders on special situations and healthy refinancing transactions across numerous jurisdictions. Prior to this, Andrew worked for Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Restructuring Group in London.
Andrew has a BA with honours in Economics and Politics from Newcastle University.

Siti Dawson

Senior Director, Cambridge Associates

Siti Dawson, lic. oec., joined SIGLO in 2023 as a Senior Analyst for private debt, alternative credit and impact investing. She started her career as a fund analyst in 2007 at VZ Vermoegenszentrum in Zurich, where she was responsible for the manager selection and asset allocation for fixed income, absolute return strategies and ILS. In 2012, she joined LGT Capital Partners in Pfäffikon SZ as a product specialist for ILS, where she played a key role in building the well-known brand of LGT ILS Partners within the institutional investor community worldwide. In addition, she developed the ESG framework for the ILS business and was a member of LGT Capital Partners' ESG committee. Siti studied Economics at the University of Zurich with a focus on Microeconomics and Management, is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) since 2011 and completed the Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) Certificate exam in 2022.

Mustafa Dincer

Mustafa formerly held leadership roles at Rothschild, Morgan Stanley and Ondra Partners, and he has 26 years’ experience as lender, investor and advisor. Michael Ewald

Mr. Ewald joined Bain Capital in 1998. He is a Partner, Global Head of the Private Credit Group, Portfolio Manager for the Middle Market Credit and Senior Direct Lending strategies and a Credit Committee member. He also serves as CEO of Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc., a registered business development company. He is based in Bain Capital's Boston office. Previously, Mr. Ewald was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and an analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in the Regulated Industries group.

Prior to Altor, 20 years of experience from working within leveraged finance, corporate loans, corporate finance and equity capital markets at the three leading Nordic banks, i.e. Danske Bank, Nordea and SEB based in Stockholm, San Francisco and London. Transactions include everything from small bilateral loan financings to international, widely distributed, loan and bond transactions. Most recently before joining Altor, the head of Leveraged Finance and Corporate Loans at Danske Bank in Sweden heading a team of 18 professionals.

Dr. Markus Geiger

Sven Gralla

Sven Gralla has been working as Fund Manager Private Debt at LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH since the beginning of 2024 and focusses on manager selection within various fund of funds strategies, individual advisory mandates and managed accounts. Dr. Harald Haas

Dr. Harald Haas is a Senior Investment Manager of Munich Re’s asset manager MEAG. Harry works in MEAG’s infrastructure debt team; initially Harald was responsible for direct equity investments in renewables. Prior to joining MEAG in 2011 Harald held management roles in industrial blue chips i.a. Linde and ThyssenKrupp where he gained considerable experience in project and trade finance, mainly in the sectors oil & gas, defense, automotive, steel. Harald studied finance at the University of Reading and of Trier and Chinese at the National Chengchi University in Taipei. David Hansen

Johann-Felix Herter

Managing Director – Head of Investor Relations DACH, Eurazeo

Johann-Felix is a Managing Director in the Eurazeo Investor Relations team.
He joined from Selinus Capital, a leading German placement agent, where he initiated and led the private debt practice. Previously, Johann-Felix served as Head of Private Credit for the DACH region at BlackRock in Munich. In this role, he successfully established BlackRock's private debt product suite in the region, promoting European, North American, and Asian credit products and solutions to institutional investors.
Before this, he was the Head of Business Development at Golding Capital Partners, Germany's largest fund-of-funds. There, he developed and began implementing the strategic growth plan for future asset growth and played a key role in launching new product lines, including impact investing and co-investments in private equity and infrastructure.
Johann-Felix began his career as a management consultant with Bain & Company and McKinsey, focusing on financial services and private equity practices.

Florian Hofer

Managing Director, Golding Capital Partners

Florian Hofer - Director, joined Golding Capital Partners in 2018. He is responsible for the selection, execution and monitoring of private debt fund investments and co-investments, as well as the overall portfolio management.
Prior to joining Golding Capital Partners, Mr Hofer worked for the credit team of EQT Partners in London, where he was responsible for the selection and execution of financings and opportunistic private debt transactions. Prior to EQT, he worked for the Leveraged Finance Team of Jefferies in London where he was tasked with originating, structuring and arranging financings for leveraged buyouts and leveraged corporates. Mr Hofer started his career in the M&A team of Jefferies in Frankfurt in 2010.
Mr Hofer graduated from the University of Augsburg with a major in Finance and Law and holds a Master in Law with Honors (LL.M.) from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.

Johan Hultner

You-Ha Hyun

Principal, Perpetual Investors

You-Ha Hyun leads the private debt program at Perpetual Investors GmbH, a German based professional single family office. In this role, he is mainly responsible for managing the private debt portfolio and focuses on manager selection across the broad spectrum of the private debt universe. You-Ha has more than 12 year experience in the alternative investment segment having done primary, secondary and co-investments at large institutional organizations such as an insurance company, a public organization and a fund-of-funds. You-Ha began his career in the M&A advisory business at KPMG and is an economist by training.

Florian Jacob

Prior to joining Partners Group, he was a Director in the leveraged finance team at Credit Suisse, where he spent 9 years originating and executing leveraged finance transactions for the institution. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management sciences from the London School of Economics, UK.

Tancrede Terlinden

Tancrede is a Partner at Park Square Capital, based in Frankfurt. Prior to joining Park Square in 2014, Tancrede worked in leverage finance at UBS Investment Bank. Tancrede holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering from ICHEC and graduated from the London School of Economics with a Master of Science in Management.

Gereon Tewes

Director, Investor Coverage, The New Amsterdam Group

Prior to joining New Amsterdam, Gereon lead Sales for Northern Trust Asset Management in the DACH region as Senior Sales Executive from 2021-2024. Before that Gereon helped build Tabula Capital Group as one of the initial employees based in London leading Investor Coverage for the DACH region and serving as board member for the Tabula ICAV fund umbrella. He started his career at Deutsche Bank as Relationship Manager Private Banking, followed by roles as Investment Specialist Fixed Income at DWS/Deutsche Asset and Sales Specialist ETFs responsible for Asset Managers in Germany. Gereon holds a Bachelors Degree in Banking & Finance from DHBW Karlsruhe. He is also CFA charter holder (2016) and holds the IMC (2018) as well as CFA ESG (2021) certifications.

Andy Thomson

Senior Editor, Private Debt Investor, PEI Group

Andy has been with PEI Group since 2003, working on a number of titles including as Editor of Private Equity International and Senior Editor of Infrastructure Investor. Since H2 2015, he took over responsibility for Real Estate Capital and, in the first half of 2016, became Editor of Private Debt Investor. He is a regular writer for the magazines and websites and has also often contributed to our events as a panel moderator. Prior to joining PEI, Andy had senior roles at venture capital portal Venturedome.com and at Thomson Financial. Andy was voted State Street’s Alternatives Journalist of the Year in 2022.

Sina Timm is the Chief Investment Officer Private Markets at Oldendorff Family Office, where she is focused on developing and expanding the firm's private markets portfolio. Prior to this, she served as the Private Debt Lead at Virdium, where she established the private debt portfolio, playing a key role in shaping and growing the firm's alternative investment strategy. Earlier in her career, Sina worked as an Investment Manager at Allianz Investment Management.

Hubert Tissier de Mallerais joined Chenavari in September 2011 to develop the private credit desk focussing on the granular portfolio strategies: risk sharing, new lending and loan portfolio acquisitions.
Prior to joining Chenavari, Hubert worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) where he was a Managing Director, Head of Principal Finance and Asset-Backed Finance, responsible for developing the business, including CDOs, structured finance solutions, esoteric ABS origination and structuring activities of the bank in Europe. Before RBS, Hubert ran the origination and structuring of Consumer and Mortgage ABS in Europe for Credit Suisse London, originating, structuring and underwriting ABS and RMBS more than $70bn across all asset classes and jurisdictions. Hubert commenced his career with BNP Paribas where he spent five years working on leveraged finance and securitised products in Milan and London.
Hubert holds an MA in Economics and International Finance from the Institut d’Etude des Relations Internationales.

Matthias Unser

Dr. Matthias Unser is a Founding Partner and Managing Director of YIELCO Investments AG. Since 2003 he was responsible for more than 100 commitments to private debt funds with a total committed capital of more than USD 4.5bn. Matthias had leading roles for European funds-of-funds managers (DB Private Equity, Sal. Oppenheim Private Equity Partners; VCM Capital Management) where he was responsible for all private debt fund commitments, covering direct lending, mezzanine, distressed debt, credit opportunities and specialty finance funds. Between 1999 and 2001 he worked in Corporate Finance Advisory at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Matthias holds a master’s degree and a PhD in Finance.

Prior to joining Crescent in 2013 she worked with Indigo Capital, a leading European specialist lending funds since 2001. She previously worked for BNP Paribas in Media & Telecom finance in Paris and Frankfurt (1999-2001). Nicole started her career at Arthur Andersen in transaction support services in Frankfurt. She has a Masters degree in Economics and completed her studies at Münster University and Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Chen Xu

Chen has 16 years of experience in asset management. Before joining Klarphos, Chen had a 15 years tenure at PIMCO as a portfolio manager, where her primary focuses were liquid and illiquid fixed-income products in Structured Finance and Rates. In addition, Chen was also responsible for building the investment and treasury function at a Fintech bank.

Sven Gralla

Fund Manager Private Debt, LBBW Asset Management

Sven Gralla has been working as Fund Manager Private Debt & Infrastructure Equity at LBBW Asset Management Investmentgesellschaft mbH since the beginning of 2024 and focusses on manager selection within various fund of funds strategies, individual advisory mandates and managed accounts. Previously, Sven Gralla was a Senior Associate at Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe, where he was responsible for setting up a private debt fund of funds with a focus on the lower-mid-market as a member of the investment team.

During his Master's degree, Sven Gralla worked as a researcher for BAI e.V. (German Alternative Investment Lobby), where he conducted research projects on topics such as private debt, infrastructure and co-investments. Sven Gralla holds a master's degree in economics from the University of Cologne. He also completed the Alternative Investments Programme at the London School of Economics.

Sven is a member of the Advisory Boards of the PDI German Forum and the PDI Europe Summit since 2023. Sven Gralla is a founding member of the BAI NextGen Council, which focus on networking of future leaders in the industry (GPs & LPs).
