Jessica has spent the last 20 years honing her recruiting and HR skills in the professional services, software, data analytics, and finance spaces. She previously worked as a director of recruiting for a private equity sponsored strategy and analytics SaaS company that was acquired by Mastercard in 2015. There, she collaborated with the firm’s C-Suite, managing their global experienced hiring, overseeing a team of recruiters, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.

Prior, she held recruiting roles within private equity, finance, and professional services organizations and started her career in Big 4 accounting.

Prior, Jessica led the full lifecycle recruiting process for the US offices of an international legal services outsourcing company. She has also held recruiting roles with private equity, finance, and professional services organizations and started her career in Big 4 accounting.

Earlier in his career, he led the Financial Services Business Unit at eTelecare (now part of Convergys). His prior board positions include Papa Murphy's (NASDAQ:FRSH), PDR, and WealthTrust.
