Mamoun Jamai
CFA - Head of Digital Infrastructure, ADIA
Mamoun Jamai is a senior member of the Infrastructure Department at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (“ADIA”), where he is responsible for developing and implementing investment strategy for Digital Infrastructure, globally. Previously, he was responsible for European origination and coverage across infrastructure sectors and as such served on the Board of numerous infrastructure businesses including Tank & Rast and Anglian Water Group.
Mamoun presently sits on the Board of a number of Digital Infrastructure businesses across fiber, data centers and towers including Landmark Dividend in the US, EdgePoint Infrastructure in Asia and FiberCop in Europe. Mamoun also previously served on the board of Cellnex Telecom.
Prior to joining ADIA in 2008, he served as a member of the Industrials team at Bank of America in London.
Mamoun Jamai holds a Master’s degree in Finance from HEC Paris.

ADIA is a globally diversified public institution established by the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as an independent investment institution. ADIA, together with its subsidiaries, invests in more than two dozen asset classes and sub-categories including, through the Infrastructure Department, investments in infrastructure.
The Infrastructure Department was created in 2007 to build and manage a global portfolio of infrastructure investments with a core focus on assets with strong market-leading positions and relatively stable cash flows, including data centers, towers and fiber, in addition to other transport, utilities and energy infrastructure.
